NOAQ Boxpool for EV fire fighting

NOAQ Boxpool for EV Fire Fighting

The NOAQ Boxpool is a temporary basin for creating a pool of water.

NOAQ DEPLOYMENT APPLICATIONS

Modular Pool Containment for EV Battery Fires

NOAQ® BOXWALL™ and Boxpool components deploy rapidly around a burning EV to form a sealed basin—enabling firefighters to flood the pool with foam or water and submerge the battery for faster, safer extinguishment.

EV Fire Fighting Submersion

NOAQ barriers can be quickly deployed to create a pool around the burning EV vehicle to help submerge its battery. Firefighters can flood the pool with foam/water which helps in extinguishing the fire faster as the battery gets submerged in water.

Temporary Basin for Creating a Pool of Water

The NOAQ Boxpool is a temporary basin for creating a pool of water. A NOAQ Boxpool is assembled by the same components as the NOAQ® BOXWALL™, our mobile flood barrier.

Fast and Easy to Assemble

The individual "boxes" are easily snapped together, letting the barrier form a closed figure.

Flexible Shape and Size

These corner boxes are put together to build a circular boxpool. In fact there is no limit – the modularity of the system enables you to create a boxpool the size and shape you want.

CHRONOLOGICAL PROTOCOLS

Rapid Submergence Engineering

  1. 01

Phase 1: Fast Perimeter Isolation Tracking

Modular high-temp alloy barriers link seamlessly around the hazard perimeter profile within 60 seconds of sensor validation.

  2. 02

    Phase 2: Hydrodynamic Submergence Pooling

Fire rescue response lines flood the enclosed structural vault, immediately rising above under-chassis heights to reach battery layers.

  3. 03

    Phase 3: Runoff Containment Sealing

Advanced EPDM bottom compression lines fully capture and isolate toxic, corrosive chemical run-off water—preventing drainage contamination.
